\"\"<\/a>In 2007, After a year tour in Italy, Jimmy returned home and immersed himself into the Downtown LA music scene. With a new experience working with Djs, he cultivated a new chapter in his career teaming up with Mark Bell; an established producer and owner of Shaboom Records.\u00a0 One of the UK\u2019s Premier dance labels, Shaboom Records, has relocated from sunny Blackpool, England, the capitol of the UK\u2019s Northern Soul scene, to downtown Los Angeles, California, the home of West Coast Funk. Named in honor of Blackpool\u2019s seedy underground acid-h\"\"<\/a>ouse club Shaboo by label founders Mark \u201cBlakkat\u201d Bell, Doc Martin, Majik Johnson, and Ben Davis, all of the label\u2019s early releases were produced in Mark Bell\u2019s Studio Safe Productions complex. Shaboom collaborators have included the likes of House music icons Marshall Jefferson, Felix Da Housecat, DJ Sneak, Farley \u201cJackmaster\u201d Funk and anyone else visiting the UK from Chicago in the early 90\u2019s.Over the label\u2019s history, releases such as UBU\u2019s \u2018Pixels\u2019, Shaboom\u2019s \u2018Sweet Sensation\u2019, Blakkat\u2019s \u2018Full Circle\u2019 and Eddie Amador\u2019s \u2018Holy Spirit\u2019 established Shaboom as one of the hottest and most consistent quality dance music imprints in the UK.\u00a0 Over the past 12 years, Shaboom Records created several limited edition & promo-only vinyl releases that house music fans still consistently clamor for and which trade on the second-hand record market for big money.<\/p>\n
